Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Mailing State Non-Contiguous Ranges Subtask

Use this subtask to enter information about non-contiguous mailing state selections.

Field Description
Range Option

Use this drop-down list to select the range of mailing states to be included in the process. Valid options are:

  • All
  • One
  • Range
  • From Beginning
  • To End

The default for this field is All.

Starting Mailing State

Enter, or click  to select, the starting mailing state to be included in the process. If you select From Beginning in the Range Option field, this field is inactive.

Ending Mailing State

Enter, or click  to select, the ending mailing state to be included in the process. If you select One or To End in the Range Option field, this field is inactive.
