Talent Management to Costpoint Data Mapping
The integration from Talent Management to Costpoint consists of new hires information.
Costpoint will take the data provided by Talent Management and potentially populate fields in the following Costpoint tables:
- Employee Regular Timesheet Defaults (DFLT_REG_TS)
- Employee (EMPL)
- Employee Salary/Labor Info (EMPL_LAB_INFO)
- Employee Phone (EMPL_PHONE)
- Employee Tax (EMPL_TAX)
- Manage Employee Security Clearance (EMPL_SEC_CLR)
- Employee Skills (H_EMPL_SKILLS)
Besides the values coming directly from Talent Management, there are other fields which will default from other sources which can include the optional Costpoint Job Template.
