Contents of the Time Collection Cost (Estimated) Screen
Use this screen to run a report that displays estimated labor cost for hours charged by Employee to all levels of the selected project.
The estimated cost is based on hours multiplied by the employees hourly rate and does not take into account Total Time Accounting adjustments.

Field | Description |

Period Covered |
Select Weekly to display hours for a single period. Select Range to display hours for a range of pay periods. |
Date |
If you selected Weekly, click End Date to set the end date of the period that you want to view. If you selected Range, click Start Date then End Date to set the start and end dates of the periods that you want to view. |
Details |
Select the Combined checkbox to display employee and account details in the same table. |
Include | Select the Subcontractors checkbox to include subcontractors in the report. |
Project ID |
Click this field to enter a project ID, or click to select a project ID. Note: You must provide information for all enabled fields in order for the report to run as expected, else an error message displays.
