Manage Contract Management Customer Info

Use this screen to enter and maintain information for prospective customers that may be associated with your opportunities.

You can enter the address, contact information, and any notes pertaining to customers. You can also specify values for user-defined fields for each customer.

Prospective customers must be approved using the Approve Prospective Customers screen before they can be used in contracts, subcontracts, projects, and invoices. After approval, prospective customers become active customers.

This screen has two tabs:

  • General: Use this tab to enter general information about customers or prospective customers.

  • Notes: Use this tab to enter relevant notes or comments about customers or prospective customers.
