Use this tab to select the parameters for your Print Project Budget Detail Report.

Selection Ranges

Use the fields in this group box to limit the projects that are included on the report.

Projects

Field Description
Option

Use this drop-down list to select the range of projects to be included in the report. Valid options are

  • All
  • One
  • Range
  • From Beginning
  • To End

The default for this field is All.

Start

Enter, or click to select, the beginning project of the range you want to include in the report. If you select All or From Beginning in the Option field, this field is inactive.

End

Enter, or click to select, the ending project of the range you want to include in the report. If you select All or To End in the Option field, this field is inactive.

Organizations

Use these fields to limit the organizations that are included on the report.

Field Description
Option

Use this drop-down list to select the range of organizations to be included in the report. Valid options are

  • All
  • One
  • Range
  • From Beginning
  • To End

The default for this field is All.

Start

Enter, or click to select, the beginning organization of the range you want to include in the report. If you select All or From Beginning in the Option field, this field is inactive.

End

Enter, or click to select, the ending organization of the range you want to include in the report. If you select All or To End in the Option field, this field is inactive.

Reference Numbers

Field Description
Option

Use this drop-down list to select the range of reference numbers to be included in the report. Valid options are

  • All
  • One
  • Range
  • From Beginning
  • To End

The default for this field is All.

Start

Enter, or click to select, the beginning reference number of the range you want to include in the report. If you select All or From Beginning in the Option field, this field is inactive.

End

Enter, or click to select, the ending reference number of the range you want to include in the report. If you select All or To End in the Option field, this field is inactive.

Accounts

Use these fields to limit the accounts that are included on the report.

Option

Use this drop-down list to select the range of accounts  to be included in the report. Valid options are

  • All
  • One
  • Range
  • From Beginning
  • To End

The default for this field is All.

Start

Enter, or click to select, the beginning account of the range you want to include in the report. If you select All or From Beginning in the Option field, this field is inactive.

End

Enter, or click to select, the ending account of the range you want to include in the report. If you select All or To End in the Option field, this field is inactive.

Select Detail Budget

Use the options in this group box to select the type of detail you would like to print on the report.

Field Description
Direct Detail

Select this check box to include the detail of direct budget costs in this report.

In the Next tab, select the direct detail items and the order in which they appear on your report.

Labor Detail

Select this check box to include the detail of labor budget costs in this report.

In the Next tab, select the labor detail items and the order in which they appear on your report.

Unit Detail

Select this check box to include the detail of unit budget costs in this report.

In the Next tab, select the unit detail items and the order in which they appear on your report.

Include

Field Description
Project Level

Identify the highest project level that you want printed on the report. Balances are rolled up to this project level.

The larger the number entered here, the greater the level of detail included in the report; to show all levels of detail, enter zero.

Organization Level

Enter the organization level of detail you want to include in the report. The larger the number entered here, the greater the level of detail included in the report; however, to show all levels of detail, enter zero.

Reference Number Level

Identify the highest reference number level that you want printed on the report. Balances are rolled up to this project level.

The larger the number entered here, the greater the level of detail included in the report; to show all levels of detail, enter zero.

Account Level

Identify the highest account level that you want printed on the report. Balances are rolled up to this project level.

The larger the number entered here, the greater the level of detail included in the report; to show all levels of detail, enter zero.

Budget Type

Use the options in this group box to select the type of budget you would like to print on the report.

Baseline

Select this option to include the baseline budget on this report.

Workplan

Select this option to include workplan budgets on this report.

Budget View

Use the options in this group box to select the grouping for the report.

Field Description
Total

Select this option to include only total figures in this project budget report.

Period

Select this option to include period figures in this project budget report.
