Contents of the Rate Analysis by Project Screen

Use this screen to run the Rate Analysis (Proj) report.

This report is an enhanced Statement of Indirect Expenses that allows a manager to examine the Cost and Base of a pool in detail.

Note: You must provide information for all enabled fields in order for the report to run as expected, else an error message displays.

Contents

You can use different parameters to filter the Rate Analysis (Org) report. Select from the following options:

Field Description
Report Type

Select the type of report you want to display. Choose from the following options:

  • Cost: Select this option to display labor costs charged to the selected project.
  • Budget: Select this option to display labor costs budgeted to the selected project.
  • Variance: Select this option to display variances of labor costs charged or budgeted to the selected project.
Pool Type

Select this option to display the report according to pools.

  • Pools: Select this option to display the report according to pools.
  • Service Ctrs: Select this option to display the report according to service centers.
Period
  • FY: Click to select the fiscal year.
  • End Date: Click to select the end date.
Pool

Click to select the pool/services.

Budget Group

Click to select the budget group.

Budget Source

This field displays only if Report Type is set to Budget, and if the integrated method is being used for completing organization budgets.

Use this option to configure the source you want to using when you the report. Choose one of the following options:
  • Latest Org BUD/Outlook: Select this option to run the report using the latest org budget or outlook that has a status of complete.
  • Final Project BUD/EAC: Select this option to run the report using the final budget unless an EAC exists.
  • Final Project BUD/EAC/NB: Select this option to run the report using the final budget, EAC, or new business budget.
Details

Select the check box whether you prefer Cumulative Periods or Combined levels of report information for viewing or printing.

Org ID

Click to select the Org ID.

Subtasks

After you select the Org ID and set other options, click Details link to display the report information.
