Fringe Detail Subtask
Use this subtask to view fringe detail information related to the employee record.
You must run the Post Payroll Journal screen before you can use fringe details. This subtask is available only if union functionality is enabled on the Configure Labor Settings screen and you selected the Direct Charge Union Fringe/Employer Contribution check box on the Direct Charge Options subtask of the Configure Payroll Settings screen.

Field | Description |

Employee |
This field displays the ID of the employee whose record you are viewing. These fields display from the header on the main screen. |
Pay Cycle |
This field displays the pay cycle that has been processed for this record. This field displays from the header on the main screen. |
Pay Cycle End Date |
This field displays the end date for the pay cycle that has been processed for this record. This displays from the header on the main screen. |
Record Type |
This field displays the check type that has been processed for this record. This field displays from the header on the main screen. The check types are:

Taxable Entity |
This field displays the taxable entity to which the employee is assigned at the time of entry for this record. This field displays from the header on the main screen. |

This non-editable field displays the sequence number that was used for this record for the timesheet selected. |
Timesheet Type |
This non-editable field displays the timesheet type that was assigned to this timesheet selected. |
Timesheet Date |
This non-editable field displays the timesheet date associated with the selected timesheet. |
Fringe |
This non-editable field displays the fringe code(s) that were used for this timesheet. |
Amount |
This non-editable field displays the amount of the fringe that was used for this timesheet. This is the amount set up in the Union Profile record that relates to this employee. |
Method |
This non-editable field displays the method selected on the Manage Union Profile Setup screen to calculate this Fringe code. |
Project |
This non-editable field displays the project ID associated with the fringe code on the Manage Union Profile Setup screen. |
Organization |
This non-editable field displays the organization associated with the fringe code on the Manage Union Profile Setup screen in Costpoint Labor. |
Accrual Account |
This non-editable field displays the accrual amount associated with the fringe code on the Manage Union Profile Setup screen. |
Expense Account |
This non-editable field displays the expense amount associated with the Fringe code on the Manage Union Profile Setup screen. |
Reference 1 Accrual Account |
This non-editable field displays the reference 1 accrual amount associated with the fringe code on the Manage Union Profile Setup screen. |
Reference 1 Expense Account |
This non-editable field displays the reference 1 expense amount associated with the fringe code on the Manage Union Profile Setup screen. |
Reference 2 Accrual Account |
This non-editable field displays the reference 2 accrual amount associated with the fringe code on the Manage Union Profile Setup screen. |
Reference 2 Expense Account |
This non-editable field displays the reference 2 expense amount associated with the fringe code on the Manage Union Profile Setup screen. |
Home Reference 1 |
This non-editable field displays the home reference 1 associated with the fringe code on the Manage Union Profile Setup screen. |

Charge Project? |
This non-editable field shows whether or not the Charge Project check box was selected on the Fringe Information subtask of the Manage Union Profile Setup screen. |

This non-editable field displays the organization level charge that was used for this record for the earnings record selected. |
