Contents of the Rate Analysis Summary Screen

Use this screen to run the Rate Analysis Summary report.

This report provides a quick look at the organizations' pools, current actual rates. and pool rates based on the current Organizational Budget and selected Fiscal Year.

You must select a Report Type and enter required fields in order to view details. The options that display depends on the type of report selected.

Contents

You can use different parameters to filter the Rate Analysis (Org) report. Select from the following options:

Field Description
Report Type

Select the type of report you want to display. Choose from the following options:

  • Cost: Select this option to display labor costs charged to the selected project.
  • Budget: Select this option to display labor costs budgeted to the selected project.
  • Variance: Select this option to display variances of labor costs charged or budgeted to the selected project.
  • Computed: Select this option to display computed costs to the selected project.
Period
  • Fiscal Year: Click to select the fiscal year.
  • End Date: Click to select the end date.
Budget Group

Click to select the budget group.

Cumulative PDs

Select this check box if you want to display cumulative periods.

Pools

Select this check box if you want to display combined pool information.

Details

Select this check box if you prefer to display Cumulative Periods or Combined levels of report information for viewing or printing.

Org ID

Click to select the Org ID.

Note: You must provide information for all enabled fields in order for the report to run as expected, else an error message displays.

Each of the pools are listed with its associated YTD Actual Rate, along with the Actual Rate for each accounting period for the fiscal year selected.

When you click a Pool Name, the system displays a detailed Statement of Indirect Expenses for the pool selected.

Subtasks

After you select the Org ID and set other options, click Pools and Details link to display detailed rate analysis report information.
