Purchase Orders Tab
Use this tab to view the purchase orders (POs) associated with the subcontract and to initiate POs from this screen.
You can launch the Manage Purchase Orders screen by clicking the Initiate Purchase Orders button on this tab. Once you have entered PO information, you can link the PO record with a subcontract record by entering a Subcontract ID value on the Subcontract Information tab of Manage Purchase Orders.
Only purchase orders (POs) that are linked to the subcontract through the Subcontract Information tab of the Manage Purchase Orders screen display on this tab. A subcontract can be associated with multiple purchase orders, but a purchase order can be linked to only one subcontract.

Note: You may encounter balance issues with this formula if you add charges to voucher lines that are not on the PO. If you need to add charges (for example, line charges and taxes), Deltek recommends that you add these on either a separate voucher line that is not linked to a specific PO line, or create PO line items that specifically capture the additional costs.
