Contents of the Time Collection Hours Screen

Use this screen to run a report that displays hours charged by Employee to the selected project for each day during the selected timesheet period.

Field Description
Week

In the Dates field, click to select the week.

Details Select the Combined checkbox to display all levels of employee and account details in the same table.
Include Select the Subcontractors checkbox to include subcontractors in the report.
Project ID Click this field to enter a project ID, or click to select a project ID. The opposite field then populates with the corresponding project name.

Subtasks

After you select the Project ID and set other options, click to populate the Details table.

The table below describes the columns that display for the Details table.

Column Headings Description
Name This column displays the employee name
Project ID This column displays the project number.
Account ID This column displays the labor account number.
PLC This column displays the project labor category.
Status This column displays the status.
Total Hours This column displays the total hours.
Day/Month This column displays the day of the week and date of the month.
